We would like to proudly announce that Damla Uluocak, founder of Nilus Engineering, won the award as one of the two most successful women among 5043 successful women entrepreneurs. The ‘Women’s Power in Entrepreneurship Project’, led by the Turkish Business Confederation-TÜRKONFED and supported by the United Nations Gender Equality and Women’s Empowerment Unit (UN Women) with the support of Türkiye İş Bankası, includes a training process lasting nearly two years and a six-month mentoring process. Damla Uluocak, who successfully completed all these processes, in addition to interest-free loan support, received the American Silicon Valley Visit award from İş Bank Deputy General Manager Sezgin Yılmaz at İş Towers on April 30. Damla Uluocak, mother of two daughters, inspires all female entrepreneurs with this award.
