Qualities

• Bachelor’s degree in departments of electrical/electronics, mechanical, mechatronics, control and automation engineering or related departments.
• At least 5 years of experience of siemens PLC, HMI and SCADA processes.
• Strong team spirit and experience in team coordination.
• Will be able to prepare and review documentation.
• Be proficient with Fanuc, ABB, Yaskawa robots.
• Competent in planning, coordination, and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and ability to drive.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• No travel restrictions.

Job Description

• Manage projects under your responsibility in accordance with defined KPIs.
• Ensure optimal cost, high efficiency, quality, and sustainable production for facility operations.
• Coordinate and evaluate technicians and technical operators in alignment with production activities.
• Lead the identification of technical solutions and oversee fault analysis.
• Participate in technical meetings and conduct project reviews.
• Programming of robots.
• Collaborate with customers to define project steps, and ensure tracking and coordination within project plans.
• Coordinate the field team towards common goals and activities throughout the project duration.
• Conduct regular team meetings and maintain communication to ensure accurate transmission of project needs.
• Monitor adherence to time, budget, and quality objectives as per project plans.
• Revise projects as needed to align with changing requirements, and manage risks and developments in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Perform necessary analyses during and after project phases to identify solutions and requirements.
