SALES ENGINEER
Qualities
- Bachelor’s degree in related departments of Turkey’s reputable universities.
- Min 3 years of experience in the robot/automation industry.
- High communication skills, responsible for managing customer relations, and paying attention to appearance.
- Follow technological developments and update necessary information to business partners and customers.
- Highly motivated, proactive, result and solution oriented.
- Have the ability to persuade and think practically.
- Advanced tracking and process monitoring ability.
- Having a driver’s license required.
- No travel restrictions.
- Preferably speaking English.
Responsibilities
- To effectively promote and explain our products and services by communicating with domestic and international potential customers.
- Focused customer portfolio: Visiting factories in the B2B (business to business) sales channel.
- To ensure the continuity and development of the existing customer portfolio and to include new customers in the portfolio.
- Preparing offers and participating in customer meetings.
- Determining the sales strategies of the region who is responsible for.
- Following market trends and conducting competitor analysis.
- Achieving sales and profitability targets in line with the determined monthly and annual budget and within positive deviation.
- Being responsible for all processes of the customer from order to shipment.
- To recognize and promote products, to make sales in line with customer demands and needs.
- Taking part in fair participations.
