Qualities

• Bachelor’s degree in related departments of Turkey’s reputable universities.
• Minimum 3 years working experience
• Proficiency in programming languages ​​such as sql, python, R and power BI
• Fluent English is required
• MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint knowledge is must
• New technologies and trend follow up
• No military obligation for male candidates

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

• Experience in process mapping, analysis & documentation of business functional requirements.
• Experienced in working in teams to deliver AI / Automation design and solutions (from requirements management through to delivery.)
• Experience in using AI and automation technologies such as process mining, intelligent document processing, predictive analytics, robotic process automation.
• Knowledge of business process management, process optimisation, and change management methodologies.
• Experience in using AI techniques such as machine learning and natural language processing (NLP), intelligent bots that can extract unstructured data from PDFs, images, or handwritten documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enabling delivery.
• Support project manager with planning requirement gathering workshops and capturing / documenting business functional requirements.
• Own the creation of requirements and design document for assigned projects.
• Working in virtual teams across business functions, IT and 3rd party suppliers.
• Involvement the project delivery process, ensuring any new solutions meet our business requirements and IT standards.
• Create and review documentation including specifications, testing approach and creation of end user documentation to support delivered IT solutions in a timely manner.
• Assist the unit test of solutions & provide support and expertise through Systems Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Test (UAT).
• Use knowledge and insights to proactively seek innovative ideas/products to support project success.
• Evaluate and deliver requests from the business for improvements to existing processes to drive efficiency and value.
• Actively participate in training and knowledge transfer sessions for new IT solutions.
• Increased efficiency: By automating manual and repetitive tasks, process optimisation can reduce errors, save time, and lower costs.
• Knowledge Management
• To build knowledge of existing solutions and processes for consideration in new designs.
• Supports the business to create requirements and design documents for projects.
• Actively builds knowledge of industry good practice to identify opportunities to drive future business value.
