Qualities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
  • Min 8 years of experience in strategic planning departments of reputable companies, investment banking, valuation&modelling, or management consultancy.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across diverse business topics.
  • Enthusiasm for working on new projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in business development and M&A projects for the Holding and its group companies.
  • Assist and execute the Nilus’s annual strategic planning process and active portfolio management process.
  • Support ad-hoc projects across various domains, including but not limited to corporate venture capital (CVC), modelling, corporate finance, sustainability, or digital transformation.
  • Conduct research activities to support strategic initiatives.
  • Perform ad-hoc data analysis and create presentations to support decision-making.
